When you inquire with our team, your experience is our top priority from beginning to end.
We will guide you through choosing a photographer and videographer who fit your style and personality, ensuring you feel comfortable with them. You’ll also be able to choose your editing style - whether you like bright & airy or dark & moody, we have the editor for you.
You never have to worry about communication or a no-show, we are here to answer your questions anytime and you’ll have a backup photographer and videographer for your day just in case!
The Process
Let’s Break It Down
Step 1: Consultation
Reserve your consultation to get in contact with our team. We’ll go over your vision for your day, what you’re looking for, and what to expect from us. Once we get your custom package dialed in, we’ll get you booked!
Step 2: Make It Official!
After your consultation, we’ll send you a proposal with a contract and invoice. Once you submit that back to us, your date is secured on our calendar and we get to plan the engagement session.
Step 3: Engagement Session
We’ll talk about location and theme ideas then we will pick a date! An engagement session is included in every package because it gives you a chance to get comfortable with your team. Our goal is for you both to be comfortable on your wedding day and know exactly what to expect so you don’t stress about a thing!
Step 4: Timeline
One month before your big day we’ll get on a call and go over a wedding day questionnaire together. We’ll fill out all the details surrounding your wedding day so we know exactly what matters most to you both. Then we’ll write up your custom timeline so everyone knows what’s happening on the day of.
Step 5: Cue the Wedding Bells!
The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be wonderful! Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while our team does their thing!
Step 6: Gallery Delivery
Your full gallery will be delivered 30-45 days after your wedding. You can download and print them through your built-in online gallery shop.
Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to look through the photos together and relive the joy of that day all over again!
What to Expect on your Wedding Day
The more thorough planning we do beforehand, the more you can go on ‘autopilot’ the day of your wedding and simply stay present! We’ve created a sample timeline below to help you visualize the flow of your wedding day as it pertains to photography and videography. We’ll chat about any unique needs/wishes you may have on your consult call, and then we’ll go over your timeline together several weeks before your wedding to make sure we’re on the same page and ready to go.

All edited final photos are available to you for download in web-size and high resolution. Your online gallery is also your personal store where you can order print products. You will never need to purchase more digital photos because you get everything! It can be anywhere from 400-1000 photos depending on the size of your wedding and all the events. What makes this even better is that only 25% is required for a non-refundable deposit to secure your date with us!
